The commercial ones require a stronger hand, equipment and products than the residential ones. The frequency is also more in the commercial ones due to the ongoing traffic and different sets of working hands. A checklist to ensure a clean kitchenette: Daily Cleaning: • Change foil linings of grill, range, and flattop. • Disinfect prepping stations and surfaces. • Wash can openers, meat slicers, knives. • Wipe down walls wherever there are splashes. • Mop and steam dry the floors. • Wash beverage dispenser heads in soda fountain machines.
