Upper School News Guidance Counseling Love Your Body Week The Guidance Counseling Department is partnering with the Athletic Department to sponsor “Love Your Body Week,” from February 9–13. The focus of the week is overall wellness, including positive body image, stress management and nutrition. Events for the week include, but are not limited to: Page Love of Nutrifit Sport Therapy, Inc., will speak to the entire student body on February 9 as part of a Q&A panel. She will also be speaking to all of the ninth grade health classes and other student athletes on February 13.
