Ag Visa hopes to fix labour shortage

The Federal Government has answered the calls of farmers nationwide to provide longterm workforce release with the announcement of the Agricultural Visa.

In a joint statement on August 23, the Federal Government said the Ag visa will build on the existing Pacific workers scheme and address shortages in the agriculture and primary industry sectors.

“Regulations to enable the creation of the Australian Agriculture visa will be in place by the end of September 2021,” the statement read.

“The Government will

immediately commence industry consultations to understand needs across the agricultural sector.”

The announcement was welcomed by the National Farmers’ Federation (NFF), who first put forward the suggestion of an Ag visa in 2016.

NFF president Fiona Simson said the organisation has been unrelenting in its calls for the agriculture-specific visa.

“This is a significant step towards solving the farm sector’s enduring workforce crisis with a bespoke visa designed to meet the industry’s many and varied skill needs,” she said.

Valley welcomes newest citizens

The Lockyer Valley welcomed its newest citizens at the Australia Day Citizenship Ceremony last Thursday.

Twenty-seven people took the pledge to be loyal Australian citizens at the Gatton Shire Hall in front of friends, family, and with Lockyer Valley Regional Council Mayor Tanya Milligan.

Carl Wilkstrom came to Australia from South Africa when he was 16 and was ‘exhilarated’ to become an Australian citizen.

“It’s finally done and I’m finally an Aussie,” he said.

“I’m speechless really.”

The valleys new citizens come from several countries across the globe, including Pakistan, New Zealand, Vietnam, Ireland, Sudan, and Romania.

Carl Wilkstrom became an Australian citizen along with 26 others at last week’s Lockyer Valley Australian citizenship ceremonies.

Mr Wilkstrom said there are fantastic opportunities in Australia and after seven years in the country calls the Lockyer

Valley home.

“I like the community, meeting new people and there are fantastic Aussies in the Lockyer

Ordinarily, citizenship ceremonies are conducted in groups, but this year were conducted individually due to COVID restrictions.

Cr Milligan said the one-onone format was a chance to get to know the new citizens more personally.

“It’s been really lovely to do individual one-on-one citizenships,” she said.

“It’s intimate and it feels very personal.

“It’s a great opportunity to connect and get a better understanding of people’s stories.

“When I do citizenship ceremonies and am privileged to hear these people’s journeys it really reignites, for me personally, how blessed we are to live where we live.”

Member for Lockyer Jim McDonald has passed on his congratulations to the electorate’s latest successful applicants to Round 109 of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund.

“In round 109, clubs and organisations in Lockyer were successful in receiving a combined total of nearly $50,000,’ Mr McDonald said.

“This money will give a much-needed boost to some of Lockyer’s community groups and sporting clubs and allow them to continue doing the great work they do.”

Among the successful applicants were Lowood Show Society who received $35,000 to complete upgrades to the ablutions block at the Lowood Showgrounds.

Applications for Round 111 of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund close on August 30.

Single-use plastic ban in force The Queensland Government’s ban on single-use plastics officially comes into effect today, with Minister for the Environment and the Great Barrier Reef, Meaghan Scanlon saying plastic used only once typically ends up in landfills and harming our environment.

“Banning single-use plastics adds to our record $1.4 billion investment to protect the environment,” she said.

“We’ve already seen the enormous benefits of the lightweight single-use plastic shopping bag ban.”

The ban includes single-use plastic items such as straws, stirrers, cutlery, plates, and unenclosed bowls, as well as expanded polystyrene cups and takeaway containers.

Member of the Friends of Lake Apex (FOLA) community organisation, Diana Lewin, said single-use plastics are thankfully not a major concern within the lake areas of Gatton.

“Our problems are mostly with discarded cans and fast-food containers left lying

around, and empty bottles that are thrown into the lakes,” she said.

Ms Lewin said empty glass or plastic bottles should have the plastic ring at the top of the bottle cut in half before being recycled.

“This will prevent rings from slipping onto birds’ beaks, rendering them unable to feed, she said” For the most part though, Ms Lewin said FOLA was thrilled to see the parklands looking so green and the beautiful lakes filled with water once again.

Lake Apex in Gatton is looking picture perfect

Laidley Police: three crashes, two at Fairway Dr intersection On Tuesday morning August 24, police attended a traffic crash involving two cars at the intersection of Fairway Drive and the eastbound lanes of the Warrego Highway at Hatton Vale. A vehicle turning across the highway has failed to give way to vehicle travelling East on the highway and the two

vehicles collided. The driver of the vehicle turning across the highway was trapped and suffered leg and abdominal injuries and both drivers were transported to hospital.

At approximately 9pm on Thursday August 26 police attended a traffic crash involving a truck and car at the intersection of Fairway

Drive and the west bound lanes of the Warrego Highway at Hatton Vale. The car had been travelling west and had slowed before changing lanes into the path of the truck which struck it from behind. No injuries.

On the afternoon of Friday August 27, police attended a traffic crash involving two

cars at the intersection of Edward and Patrick Streets, Laidley. The driver of one of the vehicles has attempted to turn from Patrick Street into Edward Street and has collided with the oncoming car. One driver was transported to hospital for observation however nil injuries were reported.

I was heartened to see and hear of many charity endeavours this week.

Whenever it seems like the world is a bit rough – like another COVID lockdown, or someone being rude for no reasons – I’m reminded of the inherent goodness of humanity when I see people giving their time and money so freely.

This week we saw locals raising funds and awareness for Daffodil Day, Share the Dignity, and Laidley Hospital Auxiliary (pages 10-11). Covering these stories is always great for me. When I get to attend these events and fundraisers I see people at their best: giving generously and having fun doing it. It’s no easy

feat planning these, and I commend the organisers on their efforts.

Then there are the volunteers and clubs who give back to the community in one way or another.

This week I visited the Withcott Men’s Shed and met some very friendly blokes who welcomed me warmly (p9). Meanwhile, the Gatton Senior Citizens are busy planning a whole month of activities to benefit the seniors of our region (p14). Groups like this, and many others I have met and am still to meet, keep the wheels of our community turning. I look forward to what they have in store.

Letters to the Editor The Member for Blair (11/08) has joined the long list of Brisbane based politicians mischaracterising the merits of a Wellcamp quarantine hub. If he, or any of his Labor colleagues, had bothered to drive up the range during the debate (instead of Albo’s photo op after the decision was already made) they would’ve heard loud and clear from the people of Toowoomba why they didn’t want this facility: You can’t have regional quarantine, without regional health services to match. Our public hospital is 128% overcapacity, we don’t have the health or emergency service personnel to staff a quarantine facility, and a positive case would take one of our critical ambulances out of action for hours while they transported the patient to Brisbane. The Prime Minister listened to our City and found a suitable alternative at Pinkenba. It’s time for the Premier to do the same and build our new hospital.

Garth Hamilton, Federal Member for Groom Veteran Toastmaster Takes Over Reins of Local Club Graeme Becker was recently elected the incoming President of Lockyer Valley Toastmasters Club for the 2021/22 year.

Graeme paid tribute to the outgoing President, Carolyn Becker, for her tireless efforts on behalf of the Club during the last two years. Carolyn was instrumental in organising an adult Speechcraft Course which promoted Toastmasters in the Lockyer Valley and attracted new members to the club.

Graeme is a diesel mechanic by trade and he utilises his knowledge and experience when presenting to Toastmasters meetings. He likes a good tall tale and has won many competitions. Graeme spent many years working in Papua New Guinea. He is able to regale members and guests about his exploits there. His audience always enjoy his stories of life in that country.

Graeme is passionate about Toastmasters and first joined Algester Toastmasters Club in 1989. Within a few months, he was President of that club, building membership to an all-time high, while facilitating fun meetings in a positive, supportive environment.

Graeme Becker is also active in the wider Rotary International family and holds the esteemed award of a Paul Harris Fellow in Rotary. Graeme is a friend of the Lockyer Valley Rotary Club and has been involved in drought relief activities on behalf of this club and the Rotary Club of Archerfield during the ongoing drought in the Lockyer Valley.

Graeme believes strongly in the value of Toastmasters for young and old alike.

Cameras in hospitals to connect patients Five new document cameras have been funded across regional hospitals in the West Moreton Health region through a Rotary District Grant proudly secured by Ipswich City Rotary Club in collaboration with the Ipswich Hospital Foundation.

Regional hospitals in Gatton, Esk, Laidley and Boonah along with The Park Centre for Mental Health in Wacol now have new healthcare technology to allow specialist doctors at Ipswich Hospital to read hardcopy medical records.

West Moreton Health Executive Director of Community and Rural Services Melinda Parcell said the document cameras allow specialist doctors to read the medical records in real-time.

“This type of technology supports staff across multiple

locations access information and records in a timely manner, saving time transferring records across hospitals,” she said.

“These document cameras should reduce the need for some patients to be transferred to a larger hospital.

“There are so many benefits to this technology, and the main one is that patients can be kept safe and well closer to home for longer.”

Included in the funding by the Rotary District Grant is five additional iPads to support the technology and

training for staff in each facility to use the new technology effectively.

The technology will benefit regional patients by providing specialist-level care in a timely manner, reduce the travel required by some patients by Queensland Ambulance Services, and support Covid-19 health measures for high-risk populations.

Ipswich City Rotary Club president Dr Chris Raymont said that the work of the Rotary Club goes to support the local community.

“We wanted to provide the residents in our regional communities with the same level of care as they would get living in Brisbane,” he said.

“This project will improve health outcomes for so many locals in our community for years to come.”

Queensland road safety projects will be fast-tracked with a $174.7 million package to enable almost 50 upgrades to be completed within a year.

The announcement builds on $296.25 million in joint funding to accelerate the delivery of almost 100 road safety projects.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Development Barnaby Joyce said one life lost on Australian roads is one too many.

“That’s why the Australian Government has committed $3 billion for the nationwide Road Safety Program,” the Deputy Prime Minister said.

Queensland Transport and Main Roads Minister Mark Bailey said the additional funding was part of the plan to tackle road safety.

“The Palaszczuk Government will be delivering better rest facilities, intersection upgrades, new barriers, extra street lighting and overtaking lanes, audio tactile line-marking and wide centre line treatments.”

Locally the projects include: Ipswich Boonah Road.

Show Holiday a ‘foodies’ delight The Queensland Government’s decision to move the Ekka Show Holiday to October 29 due to COVID is a chance for a local tourism boost according to Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk.

The move is predicted to inject $130 million into Queensland’s economy through the state’s tourism sector.

“Ekka is where the bush meets the city and this gives the city the chance to go to the bush, the beach or the rainforest,” the Premier said.

“I’m urging Queenslanders to use the ‘People’s Long Weekend’ to support local businesses.”

Industrial Relations Minister Grace Grace said last year’s similar move led to a 31 per cent surge in Queenslanders holidaying at home.

“A “Floral” and a “Gather & Graze” trail will be marketed to whet the appetite of foodies and encourage them to jump in their car for a full day adventure in the Lockyer Valley,” she said.

The state government has announced a further $1.4 million into an expanded round of the popular fishing grants program, including grant opportunities for community fishing projects.

Minister for Agricultural Industry Development and Fisheries and Minister for Rural Communities Mark Furner said the investment in the industry recognises the impacts of COVID-19.

“Under Queensland’s Community Fishing Grants Program, $250,000 is available for community-based not-forprofit organisations, fishing clubs and incorporated associations, for activities such as fishing clinics, research, promoting recreational fishing or fish habitat improvement,” he said.

“Additionally, local and regional councils can apply for a total of $949,000, provided by the Federal Government, for projects that benefit recreational fishing, boating or camping in Queensland.”

Mr Furner said expressions of interest for the grants would be accepted until 11 September 2021.

The Men’s shed is thriving A dream nearly ten years in the making is prospering in Withcott.

The Withcott Men’s Shed was a hive of activity, their twice weekly meetings giving local blokes a space to have a chat and get to know some new mates.

Men’s shed and Lions member John Haylock said the club is ‘thriving’ at their home in the Steve Jones Community Centre.

“When this building was started, which was before my time here, it was after the flood and the local doctor said we need something for men’s health,” Mr Haylock said.

The men’s shed movement

has a strong focus on improving men’s mental health.

“The most important part of a men’s shed is what we’re doing here: talking,” Mr Haylock said.

“The men’s sheds started to try to reduce the suicide in men.”

When the Withcott Heldion Lions Club began planning the Steve Jones Community Shed, it always planned to include a men’s shed.

Grant funding made the dream a reality.

“In 2019 we started to get it up and running,” Mr Haylock said.

In January 2020 the men’s shed officially opened, but it was only a couple months later that COVID restrictions forced

its closure for most of the year.

Mr Haylock said this year was when the club really got going.

There are nine members in the men’s shed and an atmosphere of friendly banter among the sounds of machinery and the smell of sawdust.

The shed is open twice a week, giving the men a chance to catch up regularly over smoko.

“This communication and mateship is more important than woodworking,” Mr Haylock said.

“That’s the important part of a men’s shed.

“It’s where you can come and talk in a safe place, talking men’s problems and all sorts of things.”

Noel Ardern uses an accessible laith, more accommodating to wheelchair and walker access than traditional upright machines.

Glam Gatsby night for hospital funds It was feathers, glitz and glam at Porters when the Laidley Hospital Auxiliary held a Gatsby-themed fundraiser on August 21.

Laidley Hospital Auxiliary treasurer Peter Hooper said he estimates the amount raised in excess of $4000.

“It was a very successful fundraising venture,” Mr Hooper said.

Mr Hooper and president Sue Herring thanked fellow committee member and hospital staff member Sue Taylor, who was instrumental in making the fundraiser a success.

“Sue Taylor can take all the credit for it, she did a marvellous job organising it,” Mr Hooper said.

“Her ideas on fundraising

have certainly raised a lot of money for us.”

The themed event had several prizes up for grabs, including the coveted best dressed male and female.

“There were 50 odd prizes, which Sue collected from people all around the district,” Mr Hooper said.

“They’ve all given very generously.”

It was Gatsby and glam at Porters Plainland Hotel for the Laidley Hospital Auxiliary’s fundraiser.

Think pink: Withcott goes pink for dignity drive Withcott Martial Arts went pink last week for their bi-annual Share the Dignity drive.

Share the Dignity is a charity who distributes period products to women, girls, and anyone who menstruates who are experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or doing it tough.

The donations will be distributed in the local community.

Schools share valley history

The Mulgowie Hotel’s 130 year reign is exceeded by a mere decade by the Thornton school and nearly matched by Townson.

Officially opened in 1881, efforts to open a school at Thornton date back to 1876.

The Burnside school was ten miles away, too far for many children to attend.

In a letter to the Department on June 19, 1876, the locals follow up on their case.

“What I wish to bring to your notice is the fact that a good third of the children here are no longer children and yet know very little indeed, some not even the alphabet.

“You can see there-fore even a month’s delay is serious, more serious than two years

delay would be, if our children at this moment were all under six years of age.”

It wasn’t until 1881 that the parents and building committee received the application forms to petition for a teacher, having built themselves a school.

“We make an application for a teacher having built a school

of sawn stuff and shingle roof.

Have sent you a pencil plan of the school.

“There are 18 children to attend school and 18 under that age.”

The first head teacher, W. J. Mitchell, opened the school on October 11, 1881.

In 1894 the public petitioned

for another school for the valley, this time in Townson.

Travelling from Townson to Thornton could be treacherous.

“Thornton School, the only one that our children can possibly attend is from six to five miles distant. Also that the tracks they have to travel to get to Thornton, cross the

creek and its tributaries several times, and being in mountainous country. The gullies and creek rise very rapidly often when even there is no rain on the spot, thus causing not only great inconvenience but danger to such of our children who can travel to the Thornton School.”

The school opened on April

1, 1895 by head teacher Esmy Martin.

Today the Mulgowie Hotel shares a close bond with Thornton State School, often holding raffles and fundraisers.

Leatherwork certs coming to Gatton

A local charity has plans to train high school students to become the next generation of saddlers and leather workers.

Bootstraps have partnered with a Registered Training Organisation to deliver a Certificate II in Leather in schools.

The Gatton-based organisation teaches and runs leatherwork classes, primarily for Veterans but also open to the public and already has two high school students coming for work experience.

Grade 10 student Shane started work experience at Bootstraps a few weeks ago.

“I thought it was going to be super boring but once I started it was really fun,”

Shane said.

Lincoln joins him every Friday in the workshop and started his work experience after discovering Bootstraps last year.

“The first time I came here was September or October last year, but I’ve been doing work experience since March,” Lincoln said.

“I like that it’s hand on, you get to make stuff and be creative.”

Bootstraps CEO Sam Kavanagh said they are currently in talk with local schools and the training is planned to start next year.

“My ultimate goal is I want to have apprentices on board for a number of years learning saddlery,” he said.

SENIORS MONTH STARTS SOON October is Queensland Seniors Month and the Gatton COTA Seniors have a range of activities throughout the month.

Secretary Margee Ellis said the events will take place across the region and in multiple venues with something for everyone.

“A lot of active groups within the community are offering a free session, like Tai Chi and bowls, all the activities we have at the seniors,” she said.

“There will be country music, a gospel church service, chaplaincy breakfast, line dancing, the historical society are having a day, so there’s all sorts of activities happening right throughout the month.”

The community centres in Gatton and Laidley and both libraries are involved.

“There are lots of organisations involved,” Mrs Ellis said.

“October will be a very busy month.”

Rare Linn’s life in Laidley

Among the collection of Laidley Pioneer Village, some items are rare and some are common.

There is one particularly rare but imposing item, a relic from the region’s logging past.

The Linn Tractor has reached a level of fame in Laidley, notable for its public appearances in the Laidley Spring Carnival’s Street Parade and historical displays.

What onlookers may not realise is the impressive 7m long tractor is one of only three left in the country.

Built in 1928, the tractor was one of six or seven shipped from the factory in New York State to Brisbane.

The Laidley Pioneer Village’s tractor is the only one in a public museum in Australia.

From 1939 to 1949 the Linn tractor was used to open logging roads and haul hoop pine and other timber from the slopes of Mt Mistake.

With its iconic caterpillar track, it was a predecessor of modern earthmovers and bulldozers.

Former Laidley Pioneer Village president and life member John Barwell said the tractor belonged to Hancock’s Timber Mill, bringing the logs on the mountain into Laidley.

long, arduous and dangerous journey to bring the logs into town.

“It was steep climbing,” John said.

“They’d go down the hill, across the creek, and up the other side and coming up the other side the nose would come off the ground.”

There were virtually no brakes on the tractor, only one brake pad on the tail shaft.

The half-track provided the traction needed for the steep climbs.

“It would just about climb up the wall, it’s an incredibly

powerful thing” John said.

The mighty machine is powered by a 6 cylinder Waukesha motor of 600 cubic inch and 100 horsepower.

Aside from its rarity, John finds it fascinating hearing the story of the tractors use within his own lifetime.

“The fact that it was working in my lifetime I find extremely fascinating,” John said.

“I’ve spoken to a few of the old blokes who used to drive it on site, where they were actually dragging down a 50 tonne load of logs.”

An early photo in the village’s display shows a rose gum logs as wide at 16 feet.

For nearly 100 years old, after a much love and care since its arrival at the village in 1974, the machine is in good working condition with almost all its original parts.

“It was like it’s just come out of the scrub,” John said.

“It runs beautifully.”

When the Linn is not out on display, at the Spring festival, open days or historical demonstrations, it lives in the timber display shed at the Pioneer Village.

The tractor was used for logging in the early twentieth century.

BOM predicts a wet and warm spring According to climatologists at the Bureau of Meteorology, the upcoming spring season will see more rainfall than usual in the east of Australia, and a drier outlook for parts of the west.

In their latest seasonal outlook, the Bureau said this spring will also bring cooler days and warmer nights.

Bureau climatologist, Dr Andrew Watkins, said predictions for a wetter and warmer spring come after a particularly wet and warm winter.

“Nationally, we’ve seen the wettest winter since 2016,” he said.

“Australia’s average winter

CSIRO research targets mouse plague

New research has enabled evidence-based increases to zinc phosphide (ZnP) mouse baits that will help grain growers battling above-average mouse numbers.

CSIRO researcher and leading mouse expert Steve Henry said mice are currently responding to seasonal conditions, “There’s been good rainfall after several years of drought and the bumper grain crops grown over spring and summer provide excess food for mice,”he said.

The mild and moist summer helped mice breed through the summer into autumn.

“Farmers should use zinc phosphide-coated wheat bait, which is the only registered in-crop rodenticide for the management of mice damage in broad-scale agriculture in Australia,” Mr Henry said.

In addition to the approved rodenticide, farmers are recommended to reduce alternate food sources and introduce livestock to eat excess food in the fields.

Bait regularly, coordinate baiting with other farmers, bait on as broad a scale as possible, lay bait when food sources in paddocks is at its lowest, and for best results apply bait while sowing crops.

PRO-4X Warrior made for Aus A 12-month development program saw the Navara PRO-4X Warrior put through its paces at the Australian Automotive Research Centre (AARC), as well as more than three months testing in Victoria’s Big Desert Wilderness Park.

“We have done literally tens of thousands of kilometres at the AARC alone,” says Bernie Quinn, Engineering Director at Premcar, a Nissan partner in the programme.

One of the core targets of the new Warrior program was to broaden the Navara’s capability, rather than shift it. So every change made to improve the ute’s off-road capability was then tested on regular road surfaces to make sure everyday ride and handling was never compromised.

BOWLS LOWOOD BOWLS CLUB NEWS Steve Lehmann won the beautiful meat tray from K & M Butchers Lowood this week.

2nd round winners were Stuart Pinder, Susan Brownie and Ernst Gomsi from Lowood.

The winner for the day was Col Blaine’s team from Toowoomba and runners up were team Ian Gamball from North Ipswich Fifth. Unfortunately, pennants went down this week to Jindalee, but they still sit third on the ladder, better luck next week against Nth Ipswich.

Ladies will be having their Pie Day on first of September as long as COVID permits.

TOOGOOLAWAH BOWLS CLUB NEWS Thursday 26th August at home we only had 5 players with several away.

Winners on the day were Ian Bradow, Lyn McWhirter and Colleen Heath.

Also on Thursday 26th August, Gerrit Winkeler, Tom Allen, Col Mercer and Phil Gregory travelled to Yarraman for their Pub Day. One win and a second only but a great steak burger lunch compensated for the lack of the ability to win on the day. A great time was had by all.

Sunday 29th August, we had 11 players vying for Ends plus Margin.

RUGBY LEAGUE GATTON HAWKS JUNIOR RUGBY LEAGUE PRELIMINARY FINALS CLUB NEWS Valley Roosters U13’s 26 def U13Gatton Hawks 18 The U13 boys lost to a sharp Valleys side in the Major Semi-final this Saturday. The Gatton boys hit back strong in the second half, but it was too late. They’ll now take on Brothers next weekend in their last chance at a spot in the Grand Final.

Gatton Hawks U15’s 34 def South Burnett Eagles U15’s 18 The Gatton Hawks U15 boys came out strong and dominated from the get-go to grab the win against South Burnett in the Elimination Final. They will now take on Souths to battle it out for the Grand Final spot that’s up for grabs.

Under 18’s Warwick Cowboys 36 def Gatton Hawks 26 Warwick Cowboys came from behind to defeat Gatton 36-26 . The Hawks led 10-0 from tries from Hayden Dunn and Cooper Liston. Gatton seemed in control early but a Kaleb Ammenhauser led Cowboys side then put 26 unanswered points on the board to seal the game. Jayden Lippi had a whale of a game and troubled Gatton all day.

Congratulations to the Hawks who were playing their first game in five weeks due to Covid restrictions.

HAWKS GO UNDEFEATED TO CLINCH MINOR PREMIERSHIP Gatton Hawks Women’s and Reserve grade sides were crowned minor premiers of their respective competitions this week.

The Women’s side has been particularly impressive, after going through their regular season undefeated.

Women’s side coach Dom Haak said the team’s performances have been consistently good and not dropping a game was well deserved.

“It has been an amazing achievement, particularly considering that this is the first open

women’s side that Gatton has ever had,” he said.

When asked what made the side special, Dom said he couldn’t pick out any single player.

“The whole side has put in a lot of hard work and their training has been outstanding, so there has been a dedication and a willingness to learn and adapt to games all season,” he said.

Reserve Grade coach Mark Swan was equally delighted his side clinched their minor premiership.

“We are really happy, particularly considering we weren’t allowed to play footy for four weeks due to COVID, so to still finish on top of the ladder is a pretty special effort,” he said.

“We’ve been a pretty strong side for some years now, we didn’t play last year due to COVID but the year before that we finished minor premiers as well,” he said.

The women’s prelim final is next Sunday at Warwick and the Reserve Grade side will play at Goondiwindi.
