Hi, I'm Rachel, the founding director here at The LifeLine Counselling.
I am a qualified BACP registered integrative counsellor and personal life coach and have been so privileged to be chosen as the person so many people trust to support them throughout their life journey.
My passion really derives from the success of others and working with people to see their own self-worth and value grow. This doesn't happen overnight and really does take some efforts in the way we think and approach the stones life throws at us.
Having studied psychology. therapeutic counselling and personal coaching, I work in a way that promotes emotional exploration, combined with practical elements that aim for you to feel supported in unpacking emotional experiences and managing your present, as well as creating and supporting your future goals.

WHY COMBINE THERAPY AND COACHING?
Sometimes we need to explore both the counselling and coaching elements of life. Our combined package allows for just that, under the care of one practitioner. We offer the exploration of emotions with a trained therapist, paired with the accountability & practical elements of life-coaching. When practiced in unison you will be supported in reaching your goals, across the board, whilst having the space to explore whatever's been holding you back.

Intensive Counselling & Coaching sessions over twelve weeks. TLC treatment box, face to face coaching sessions, afternoon tea and a luxury spa weekend all included .
Weekly TLC Counselling or Coaching sessions.
