Joint Venture: LIONMAN programs foster the future success of young people by helping them to acquire the self­discipline and right attitudes that support achievement in school and in life. Working as a joint venture with the same goals, CharmedLife helps this cause by providing a revenue generating system to both fund and create media content to bring 'The Legend of Lionman' and it's values to the youth of America.

Phase1: LIONMAN Brand Set­up

As CharmedLife Founder, Michael Whelan will work in conjunction with Grandmaster O'Neal and set­up a presence on CharmedLife.TV to introduce to the Lionman community. * Daily Deal ­ Introduce a Lionman daily deal we can announce to community (think groupon) * Funding ­ Launch Lionman as a funding project to raise capital for media projects * Profile & Blog ­ Add professional profile and expert blog posting

Phase2: Social Media Invitations

Once the LIONMAN Brand presence is on CharmedLife.TV, we will introduce a daily deal through the Lionman social media communities.

Phase3: Live Steaming Events

With revenue earned through introductions to Lionman social media communities, we will create a LIONMAN live streaming event. For the LIONMAN community that cannot attend in person, we will produce a live streaming event around Disney's Martial Arts Festival at Disneyland® Resort August 25th through the 28th in Anaheim, California. Pricing for this event will be affordable to all youth and determined by Michael Whelan and Grandmaster O'Neal.

Phase4: Youth of America Events

As revenues develop in the joint venture, we will feature feature the talents and ambitions of youths throughout the country with “LIONMAN'S CharmedLife” live streaming events in a 20 City Tour.

Phase5: LIONMAN Television Content

As revenues develop in the joint venture, we will reinvest in creating television programming around the mission of the LIONMAN Foundation.
