Cheers to a New Year!

message from our General

and

Happy New Year Ledges Members! Wow! What a record year we had in 2024. I wanted to personally thank you for all of the memories we created and all of the encouragement you showed us during a time of transition. We have continued to grow with excellency and service at the forefront of our goals. It is with distinct pleasure that I thank you for your support at the club and my first year as General Manager.

The world of Golf is multidimensional. It is business, play, and competitive. It is friendship, and family. We have the opportunity to be able to combine all of these into something completely unique. We get to take something ordinary and make it extraordinary. That is my vision for 2025 and beyond - that we would take something already so good and continue to mold and perfect it with grace at every turn. We are making every decision with conviction and in good faith that it will be what is best for the club, for your experience as a member, and for the best experience possible for your guests as well.

There are so many things we are looking forward to in 2025 from new construction to long time favorite tournaments, but nothing more so than it being the 25th anniversary for The Ledges! We want to thank, congratulate, and celebrate this phenomenal milestone! The celebration of our 25th anniversary will be ongoing for the duration of the year, but for planning purposes, we would invite you to plan to celebrate with us Friday, July 4th! We are eager with anticipation and are expecting great things during this time of celebration.

While you are making your list of resolutions, we encourage you to add one more, and that is to get involved at the Clubhouse! On top of having the most beautiful course, we are continuing to have raving reviews on our food, beverage, and events side of operations. We have made intentional changes and it has been received so well. We are in pursuit of hiring an Executive Chef and that will only improve the already fine dining experience on the mountain. So come on out and get involved! We look forward to serving you and having an even more successful 25th year in business!

Ledges Members,

As we wrap up the 2024 golf season, I want to take a moment to reflect on our achievements. With over 25,000 rounds played this year, we accomplished numerous goals within the golf department, all thanks to the incredible support from our members. Our mission is to continually enhance the member experience, and we remain dedicated to making this our top priority.

A special thank you goes out to Wyatt Kotary, our Golf Course Superintendent, and his hardworking staff. Their dedication and effort transformed the golf course into excellent condition, especially after the challenges posed by a harsh winter. We are excited for an even better year ahead in terms of course conditions and another fantastic golf season. Looking forward to 2025, we have an exciting lineup of events. Be sure to mark your calendars for our major tournaments:

The Reunion: April 12th

The Cliffhanger Member-Guest: May 29th–31st

The Ledges Championship: July 11th–13th

The Battle: August 9th–10th

Fall Member-Guest: October 9th–10th

Invitations for The Cliffhanger Member-Guest will be sent out in February. Full golf members will have priority over Sports Plus and regular Sports members. Please note that invitations must be returned by the hard deadline of March 14th. Stay tuned to your morning emails and social media for updates, including a live drawing for spots on March 18th. Key rules for this event include:

1.The past five champions are exempt (but must play with their winning partner).

2.Members must have at least one year of membership to be eligible for the drawing. We’re also introducing an exciting update to our 9 Wine and Dine events: the “Couple of the Year” award. Points will be earned for participation and performance throughout the season, and the couple with the highest total at year’s end will receive the title. Details, including updated qualifications, will be outlined in the upcoming Golf Schedule booklet—be sure to check it out!

We hope you had a joyful holiday season and look forward to welcoming you back to the course. Here’s to an exceptional 2025 golf season!
