The corporation has successfully marketed nearly everything, from popular movies to iceskating musicals to exotic vacation destinations. Walt Disney founded the company in 1923, and the company quickly skyrocketed. In 2013 alone, the company grossed 9.59 billion dollars in revenue. Beyond the monetary

aspect though, Disney truly knows its audience, and the corporation is very good at targeting that group with its products. It is evident that their efforts to make the corporation into an empire have earned them much success.
