MAKE TR ADITION
THE COUPLE
Mackensie Uhlan (35 and an engagement manager) and Tyler Moeller (43 and a CEO) love any excuse to rock a costume.
THEIR WEDDING, THEIR WAY
THE VIBE The couple wanted to show guests a party unlike any other, which they jokingly called The Spectacle.

THE IDEA Originally, Mackensie and Tyler wanted a destination

wedding. “We love to travel and spent months looking overseas,” Mackensie says. “In the end, we wanted our family there, so we decided on our home, the Big Apple.” The pair honored their love of dressing up and getting down by planning a Roaring Twenties–style bash with a few modern additions: LED robots, aerialists and more. GRAND FINALE Tyler and Mackensie rocked vintage-inspired outfits for a choreographed dance complete with cryo gun.
SWEET SURPRISE
Mackensie and Tyler skipped a traditional cake cutting in favor of Mackensie hopping out of an eight-foot-tall prop cake, Gatsby style.
SET SAIL
After the wedding ceremony, the newlyweds jetted off on a sunset cruise. Mermaid performers and a New Orleans–style jazz band kept guests dancing on the historic ship.
