Sending a Send Word Now Alert The Send Word Now Alert Service provides on-demand alerting and response. Send Word Now allows you to send alerts to your office as a group or to selected individuals simultaneously via common-voice and text-based communication points. Send Word Now verifies alert delivery and status in real time, recording and presenting voice and text responses as they are generated.
Groups Table The Groups table displays all groups to which you have access. To “View” members of a specific group, click “View: under “Actions” and members of the selected group will display.
The steps outlined below will help guide you through the process of creating and sending alerts and messages, which can be tailored to a specific office or group.
To access your Send Word Now account via the Web: Go to http://www.sendwordnow.net, which takes you directly to the Send Word Now login screen. •
Log in using the credentials provided to you
Both Username and Password are case sensitive.
Message History Message History will display all messages that have been sent from this account. You will not have access to messages sent from other Send Word Now users.
Once you have logged into Send Word Now, your “My Account” screen will appear on the Navigation Toolbar.
My Account The “My Account” is the main portal page and acts as a gateway to all account functionality.
