Candice Fraser felt a pull towards a more purposeful career after having her two boys. She wanted them to grow up knowing that they too could follow their passions and decided the best way to impart this knowledge to was to lead by example. A long, messy and reflective healing journey led her to rediscover her passion for nurturing and supporting others. From this, The Kindness Couch was born.

In 2017 Candice began retraining and moving away from her corporate career delving into studying holistic healing techniques. She holds qualifications as a meditation teacher, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy alongside various coaching qualifications. Currently she is undertaking studies in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Breathwork.

A love of working with women and watching the transformation from being self-critical, stuck and insecure to being more fulfilled, self compassionate, confident and joyful inspires her to do the work that she does. With firsthand knowledge that life isn’t always easy and as women, we tend to normalise our experiences and just ‘get on with it’.

However, when we do this, we are supressing our trauma, building armour around our hearts and losing touch with who we really are. Then begins the cycle of comparing ourselves to other people and before we know it, we are on a path of self-destruction, where anxiety can begin to creep in along with feelings of helplessness and hopelessness.

When you work with Candice, she will help you to unlock and heal the stored trauma that has become normalised by society and circumstances we find ourselves in. Utilising self-compassion principles to support you to be gentler and more nurturing with yourself.

Her best form of self-therapy has been meditation and is personally recommended to be a wonderful tool for self-reflection, self-exploration, self-compassion and self-acceptance. The Kindness Couch is not your traditional therapists couch, but an online place for utilise at your choosing. Offering affordable monthly meditation membership for only $15 per month you can receive guided meditations from Candice during the work week to help you to manage life.

In addition, Candice offers 1:1 sessions online tailored to individual clients needs, meaning sessions can be accessed anywhere anytime taking away the stress of having to physically get to a place for an appointment. A typical session includes a short grounding and intention setting process, followed by a short conversation around the key topic of the session which will help to determine the best process to support the topic at hand ie. Releasing energy, EFT, NLP etc and then wrapping up and identifying a focus to work with in between sessions.

You can book in a complimentary chat and planning session to see how Candice can support you by heading to her website www.thekindnesscouch.com.au.
