Meet one of our local Naturopath's Caitlin Buttenshaw

After the events of the past couple of years, many people are wanting to glean a better understanding of their own health. Naturopathy is a great way to start making some small yet powerful changes to diet and lifestyle that can have an incredible effect on your overall wellbeing, mood and health.

Local Yeppoon woman Caitlin Buttenshaw has always been interested in health, nutrition and movement. Growing up in an active family meant she was always on the go. Her interest in naturopathy piqued when she saw a naturopath for her own health concerns and noticed a significant improvement in her health within a few short months after making some simple diet and lifestyle modifications accompanied with herbal medicine. Caitlin has completed her Batchelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and has opened her own business here in Yeppoon – Caitlin Jane Naturopath. Small, simple diet and lifestyle changes that you can implement over a period of time is what will make the most impact on your health long term’.
