COBBLER’S PEGS STIR-FRY

1 good handful of young Cobblers Pegs plants; stems, leaves, flowers and very young seed heads…washed.

1 garlic clove, oil, salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste

Method

Stir fry the Cobblers Pegs in garlic and oil until tender. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste.

COBBLER’S PEGS COFFEE

Gently roast the seeds until they are nutty and crisp, process them in a coffee grinder and use exactly the same as ground coffee in your barista machine, percolator or plunger pot. The taste is amazing.

Roasted Cobbler’s Pegs seeds are absolutely delicious, nutty in flavour and one of my favourites.
