Not sure of the correct approach to a barrel? Not getting the runs you would like to be getting? Unsure of how to go about correcting an area you are having trouble with? Do you have the right headgear on your horse? Want to learn some time saving techniques? These are just a few of the things you can get answers to by attending the 2 day clinic for you and your horse. Bob has been involved with training and showing barrel horses for over 50 years. Some of his many accomplishments are AQHA Champion, Sweepstakes Champion, Derby Champion and State Fair Champion. Bob is also a seasoned clinician having done the Indiana Horse Fair Barrel Seminar, the Tennessee State Horse Fair Barrel Seminar, held a clinic in Canada and 8 times he has gone to Italy to give clinics. Bob has also supplied horses for international riders at the NBHA World Show and is currently the NBHA State Director for Indiana as well as NBHA Regional Executive Director of the Heartland & Great Lakes Regions.

FEES

$250 clinic fee - (Clinic fee includes one spectator per rider) $10 stall fee per night – mandatory if staying on grounds (shavings $5 per bag or bring your own) $20 electric hookup per night Stalls and electric will be available on Friday night Additional spectators - $25 per day $75 non-refundable deposit due by March 19

SCHEDULE

Bob will be answering questions thru the whole clinic about problems and corrections. You will need to be saddled and ready to ride by 9 am both days. Saturday 9 am – 5 pm with a lunch break. Saddle fit, identify problem areas, basics of barrel racing, equipment adjustments, slow & fast runs Sunday 9 am – 12 noon Final touches on horse/rider for best results. Lunch break followed by question and answer period.
