September Is Library Health Month
The Hills Shire Library Service is partnering with Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) for Library Health Month in September 2023. During the month, the library will be offering a variety of events for children and adults. Come along and learn about the importance of healthy choices through our sessions. It is an opportunity to review your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing and make important changes in your life.
There is also a wealth of information on a variety of health topics for you to explore via The Hills Shire Library Service website.
