A concerned mother, whose child was struck by a car last week, fears it will take a tragic accident before parking issues are resolved near Drumlanrig school. While Kerry Turnbull is at pains to point out the accident involving her nine-year-old son Calum wasn’t caused by the driver’s speed, she remains fearful of a “tragedy” at the site. “My son was clipped by a car, which was being driven very slowly, but it is just bedlam around there,” she explained. “It is going to take a tragedy before something happens, and although it’s being going on for
