Sandra, it is truly a pleasure to meet you in person To get started, can you please give our readers a bit of a background on you?
I am a New York native, I now reside in Watermill, NY I have two children and one grandchild Prior to living on the East End, I resided in Woodbury, NY where I raised my family
That's truly impressive! You have a wonderful background. What were you involved in before relocating to the East End?
I was on air with QVC and also worked in the garment industry in New York City
What a delight! What do you do to today?
I host a television show called "Cafe with Sandra K , " which airs on LTV and Southampton Sun TV Moreover, I am an actress and currently working on producing an exciting new program titled "Kenya Tanzania," set to debut soon

That is so amazing, you have faceted so many different productions and programming's which leads me to my next question, you are also an author! Can you share a bit about your book please?
Yes, Yoga is a big part of my life which led to the curation of the book, “Inside Out Yoga ” it provides the foundations of the practice of Yoga, pose illustrations for you to follow along for as well as journalling pages to guide you through your journey and practice of creating a health mind body and spirit
Your book sounds truly lovely and I cannot wait to read it I see Yoga has been a big part of your life have there been any other people or influences in your life especially when moving to the East End full time? Yes, I have developed so many new friendships Many of them came from event attendance at Schnepp’s media events in conjunction with Dan’s Papers The Power Women Event held by them has been an event in particular that has been very pivotal Meeting Victoria and Elizabeth Schnepp’s and working in tandem with them has been lovely
The East End truly does have so many wonderful people that shape the community it is Living here yearround what are some of your favorite places and businesses?
Lienette Crafoord’s yoga Studio, Hamptons Hot Yoga is one of my favorite places as yoga is a very large part of my life For dining, I love Pierre’s, Bobby Van’s Rhumba, Edgewater, Dock’s and Argento For floral and gifting my go to is Topiare Florist Citarella’s is my favorite specialty food store I also love to visit Guild Hall as well as the Cultural Center

What Inspired the Creation of the North Fork TV Festival?
If you ’ re an artist with a concept for a TV pilot, there are very few venues available to showcase it While film festivals are widespread across the country, there was a noticeable gap for television During my visit to Greenport, I was reminded of Park City, which sparked the idea In 2015, we held the inaugural festival, and the journey has evolved from there
What Can Attendees Anticipate at the Festival?
Expect a showcase of gifted individuals who have been meticulously chosen by our panel of judges, based on their pilots and scripts
What is Your Favorite Memory from the Event Over the Years?
I have countless memories, but one that stands out was attending the event during the Covid-19 pandemic It was truly an out-of-body experience, especially with the remarkable number of people who participated through drive-in attendance
What to Anticipate Before the 10-Year Anniversary
On Tuesday and Wednesday, attendees can look forward to engaging with industry experts in a laid-back atmosphere The event will feature two days of ongoing, piano-bar-style discussions between six prominent actors and six leading industry moderators Additionally, we are excited to introduce a new event titled *Behind the Pitch* This fast-paced speed-networking opportunity will link emerging writers with top television executives, fostering genuine, career-defining moments

The brand came to life when two fitness enthusiasts friends Lindsay and Ashley who connected in the Hamptons took a bold step into the fashion industry They turned their backs on corporate careers, disregarded the skeptics, and followed their instincts. Motivated by a desire to give back to their community, they successfully built a brand that symbolizes much more than just high-quality fabric.

Lindsay, thank you so much for your time today We are so thrilled to share more about Serves by L A with our readers To get started, can you please share more about your background and the inspiration behind the brand?
I am originally from Illinois and attended school in Arizona
My professional background holds 15 years for working with powerhouses in the beauty world primarily NYC After making the decision of a lifestyle change to reside in The Hamptons year-round, I decided it was time for something new I took on new hobbies, one of them was tennis I felt that there was a blank space for beautiful pieces to wear while playing As time went on, my frustrations with the choices of clothing increased During this time, I was also making new friends here on the East End, I told my dear friend and business partner Ashley Persico my vision and ideas and we hit the courts running

Now that you reside in the Hamptons year-round, and it played a role in the development of the brand are there any other facets here locally that are impactful to you?
Yes, I am on the board for Hamptons Community Outreach This charity helps to fill the poverty gap that many people are unaware is here in The Hamptons They provide variety of programs from nutrition, children's programs and home repairs It has been an ode in my heart to give back and I am so glad that I can do so with Serves by L A
What type of designs can our readers shop from Serves by L.A.?
The collections are primarily different hues of navy blue and white; we pride ourselves on quality with prestige fabrics There is a piece for everyone whether it is our elegant Kennedy dress or our signature court neck crew sweatshirt they will be sure to find something they love Our designs are also made right here in the USA right in our backyard here in NYC That is something I take an immense amount of pride in
What has been one of your most rewarding experiences with Serves by L.A.?
There have been countless rewarding moments and experiences The first significant one was when I recognized the substantial gap in women's apparel for court sports From that point forward, I was excited to blend a creative outlet with raising awareness about poverty while developing this brand I truly appreciate the Hamptons community and the relationships I have nurtured there Additionally, being featured in Vogue earlier this year marked a significant milestone for both the brand and myself I am eager to see what the future holds for Serves by L A
Lindsay LoBello-Abraham resides in Sag Harbor with her husband and their dog Winston. In her free time, she enjoys taking fitness classes around the East End Lindsay also takes pride in being a board member of The Hamptons Community Outreach.
