1. Opening Prayer
2. Welcome/Overview
a. HE is unable to be at any session but will help promote the Sessions and will discuss them in a Zoom meeting with the priests.
3. Interim Phase Listening Sessions
a. Format/Listening Model
a. The Sessions will follow the same model used in Rome –Conversation in the Spirit
b. Discussion Questions
a. Attendees will be asked to answer two questions
c. Audience
a. Sessions will focus on those who were underrepresented.
b. ADNY wants to focus on three areas
i. homeschool families
ii. college students
iii. retired priests
d. Outreach/Promotion
i. The Good Newsroom will do a story to promote the Sessions and will cover each Session on March 23
ii. Marketing is developing a social media campaign.
e. Collateral Materials
i. Guides for participant, pastor, and facilitator have been drafted and reviewed
ii. Prayer Cards
iii. Bulletin Inserts
iv. Scribe Notes
f. Website

i. ADNY website will include updates from Fr. Brian McWeeney’s listening sessions, resources for clergy, location and dates of sessions with registration form
g. Training
i. ADNY will provide a training for conversation facilitators
ii. ADNY will reach out to previous facilitators for continued involvement.

March 25 – April 3 | Draft diocesan synthesis document
April 3 – April 5 | Review diocesan synthesis document
April 5 | Present synthesis to His Eminence for final review
April 8 | Submit synthesis document for Regional synthesis

6. Outreach to Clergy and Deacons
a. Presbyteral Council briefing
i. Bishop Bonnici will brief Presbyteral Council on February 29
b. Memo to clergy and deacons
i. Memo has been drafted to update clergy and deacons on plans for interim phase
c. HE Zoom Meeting
i. HE will have meeting on March 6 and discuss plans with all clergy
