Born and raised in Cincinnati, he attended St. Xavier High School before earning a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati. Eric uses his deep understanding of data and analytics to give clients a competitive edge against their competition. With a strong work ethic and a passion for continual improvement, Eric is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to his clients. When he's not assisting clients, he can be found playing golf or pickleball, staying active and engaged in the community.

Eric lives in Milford with his wife Megan, four children and 160 pound Great Dane. He loves playing with his children outside and doing anything athletic. PATRICK ROBERTS | Investment Specialist

As an Investor Specialist with The Gibler Team, Patrick’s primary focus is helping investors buy and sell rental properties! He understands the ins-and-outs of investing in real estate, including: the return on investment (ROI) calculations, the tax implications and most importantly — how to find the right investment properties for your portfolio. Real estate investing is a numbers game that’s won by picking the right investment property. He currently lives in Norwood with his wife Emily, their two children Hayes and Harlow, and dog Bentley. When not working, he loves watching Ohio State on Saturdays and using his hands to build things.

NICK WELAGE | Strategic Sales Specialist

Creativity, determination, passion and enthusiasm are characteristics Nick uses everyday to help his clients sell their homes for top dollar. With multiple generations of Realtors in his family, Nick has been around the real estate industry his entire life. He loves creating multi-level strategic game plans for selling properties and has an uncanny ability to sell even the toughest properties. A native of Cincinnati, Nick attended Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy for high school and received a BBA in Marketing from Stayer University. He currently lives in Dillonvale with his significant other Katie and their 6 year old son, Tucker.

Diane has worked in the Real Estate Industry since 1989. She is married with three children and loves spending time with family and friends. Her attention to detail will ensure all documents are in perfect order, and behind-the-scenes management is properly working. MARK RASTANI | Marketing Manager

Mark graduated from Ohio University in 2016 with a B.B.A. Marketing Degree. He joined the Gibler Team October of 2019, after working 3 years as a Digital Strategy Specialist for Coldwell Banker. Mark is extremely passionate about marketing and has an advanced understanding of how to properly market your home. His main goals is to always stay up-to-date with the emerging trends and cutting-edge technologies in the digital marketing landscape.

The Gibler Team Foundation Scholarship

Walt founded the The Gibler Team Foundation in 2018 to help children in our community. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that awards academic scholarships to children who are affected by traumatic hardships, diseases and disabilities. We take a portion of every commission check in real estate and donate it to these children.

As Realtors in Cincinnati, we are fortunate to see how incredible the area really is! We want to help do our part to make sure our city continues to be a world-renowned place to live, work and play. We also realize it takes a village to raise a child.

Since its inception, the Foundation has given out 85 scholarships to students locally. All of these children are truly inspiring individuals who show tremendous courage daily to not only survive, but thrive despite the hardships they face.
