Once upon a time, there was a monkey who lived in an owl’s home inside of a tree.
One day as he was walking around the forest...
he found piles of pasta! HUGE
Who did this pasta belong to? He looked everywhere, but he couldn’t find anyone!
Well, I can’t just let it go to waste...
the monkey thought.
I have an idea!
I'll throw a pasta party and invite EVERYONE from the forest to join!
YOU’ RE INVITED!
Come enjoy some pasta with me!

There was even a gigantic tree made out of pasta!

and ate until...
...they found a shocking surprise underneath the pasta pile.
Oh! hello! I was trapped underneath that pasta pile! Thanks for coming to my rescue. said the owl.
The owl flew into the air and claimed his house back from the monkey.
That’s
my home, monkey! I need it back!
Th k the WHERE DO I LIVE NOW?! said the monkey.
I have an idea!! You can come live with said the bear.
And, just like that, Monkey and Bear became best friends and lived together happily ever after in the cave!

The GIANT Room
The GIANT Room is a creative STEM hub for kids with GIANT dreams who dare to act on them. We help kids to use STEM as a tool for self expression, creativity, and collaboration.
The GIANT Room offers after school programs, camps, family events, specialized co-design workshops with industry designers, and online creative bootcamp membership. Kids may join our programs online, inperson at our studio, or off-site at one of our partner locations in museums and schools.
Founded by two women with PhDs in education and backgrounds in science and engineering, we dream of a world where every child has the confidence to voice their ideas, have access to mentors and resources they need to build prototypes of their ideas, and the opportunity to share those ideas with their community... just like the GIANT kid who published their collaborative, creative work in this beautiful storybook to be shared with millions of families around the world.
