Our Team Noraidah Binti Noordin – Arie Director

She has behind her a 15 years experience in the Oil & Gas business which includes her years as a Head of Business Development Unit, for an Oil & Gas Vendor Development (VDP Program) Company under PETRONAS. Prior to that. She is equipped with a 10 years experience in the construction and architecture industries which enhanced her experience in Project Management.

To-date, she is tasked to head the Administrative, Finance and Human Resource for SubSurface current business. Her project management background gives extra mileage for her to undertake the responsibility.

Muhamad Romzi Bin Ismail Business Development

He is the former Chief Operation Officer for a Vendor Development Company, he lead the scope of Manufacturing, Design, Supply & Installation of Offshore Equipment of Gas Lift Valves, Side Pocket Mandrels and Insert String.

Prior to that he has oversees various downstream projects in the Gas Distribution and Transmission sector Now, with 27 years behind him in the Oil & Gas industry, he wants the vision of Plerions Industria to be realized and to be elevated to be amongst the Oil & Gas company to be able to manufacture, design, supply and service the oilfield equipment’s.

Shahrin Shah Abd Rahman Chief Operating Officer

Our Technical and Sales Unit is headed by a 26 year experienced engineer in the energy industry, this includes the last 12 years with 2 nos active multinational company serving the South East Asia region. He is driven to capture for the market shares in the energy industry and to put Plerions Industria amongst the names of responsible and reliable vendors in the region His Mechanical Engineering background geared him to provide sound solutions, successfully packaging the technologies to offer to local markets in several projects and participated in two world firsts ie NPS36 ram pump and Riser Inspection Tool . His valuable insight on all technical issue has the team guided with a firm strategy of technology transfer

Mohamad Suhaizan Shamsudin Executive, Well Completions Unit

Mohd Suhaizan, is our personnel that has 10 years of well intervention on the job experiences, especially on slickline operation and additional experience includes early on of 3 years experiences for production optimization activities and another 2 years in drilling operations.

He has 15 years acumen to drive our undertaken projects in good stead.

Asyran Abdul Rahman Executive, Artificial Lift Unit

Asyran capitalize his background in Manufacturing Operations for his Product Development and Knowhow.

The knowledge he had with him on Equipment Efficiency, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma helps him establish, manage, monitor and improve manufacturing plants and processes.

Amongst his achievement to date. Is overall manage Product Development, Plant Establishment, Plant Improvement Plan and Manufacturing Monitoring System. He is the one who believe Machines is only as good as Man, he believe in charting the compnay path to invest in Man first in order to serve all vision.

Mohd Hafiz Sharifuddin Manager, Kemaman Supply Base

Mohd Hafiz is one who is comfortable with hand on machining or designing the machine. He was an application engineer since 2011. In 2015, he take up a new challenge in designing equipment as in gas lift valve, it’s testing machine and testing his prototype himself.

Today in it has been 3 years, as our Manager in Kemaman Supply Base, he supervise the workshop operations, all the services to serve the clients ‘ needs HSE requirements and its delivery to end-users.

Muhammad Norriman A. Rahman Technician, Artificial Lift Unit

Mohd Norriman joins us in 2018, he is the our technician in Kemaman Supply Base, He has under us service and tested more than 100 nos Gas Lift Valves and a team player when works are in full steam.

His background as a welder from year 2006 is lending us the strength and skills needed in meeting all hands-on job and doing his task independently, correctly and in a safe conduct manner.
