Dear FXW Families, We hope you had a wonderful, relaxing summer filled with great fun and happy memories. Our teams were busy this summer preparing for another successful school year. You may see some new faces on both campuses this year (and some familiar faces in new places!), so we hope you will join us in welcoming everyone into our community. We are excited to jump into the first, full day of school for KindergartenGrade 8 on Tuesday, September 3. For Preschool families, please see page 18 for the first day of school schedule. In lieu of FunFest, we will be hosting a Homecoming celebration from September 5 through September 8. Please see page 11 for more details. As we celebrate our 30th Anniversary, the upcoming year will be filled with many opportunities to help commemorate this important milestone for our School. In addition to the information included in this packet, please note the following important announcements: 1. Teacher and classroom assignments will be available to view in the myFXW parent portal. We will send an e-blast when the assignments are live. 2. Registration for Fall Co-Curricular Programs at the Old St. Patrick’s Campus (OSP) and the Holy Name Cathedral Campus (HNC) started August 1 and goes through September 5. Registration for Athletics at OSP and HNC is open through Friday, August 9. 3. We will continue sending In the Loop (FXW e-newsletter) every Sunday this year beginning on Sunday, August 18. If you do not receive In the Loop, please contact communications@fxw.org. Throughout the year, there will be many opportunities to learn more about daily activities and upcoming events via social media. Below is information on our social media handles.
