Franklin Learning Center’s Red Cross Club has officially bounced back after it’s year-long hiatus. At one point, FLC organized one of the largest Red Cross groups in Philadelphia. This year, the new club leader is Biology teacher Frances Peagler. When disaster strikes, the
American Red Cross is happy to help. Making up a total of five branches, the organization has established their name nationally and globally. Volunteers in the Red Cross assist people in need.
