What’s New at The First Tee In 2017, we will be implementing a new course called “Skillz & Drillz.” This will be a great opportunity for our young golfers who are serious about the game and want to take their skill set to the next level. We will go in-depth in the three most important areas of the game (Driving, Chipping, Putting) over the course of the year. Confirmed dates are as follows: February 24, March 10, April 21, April 28, May 12. The class will be from 4-5 p.m. We will only be able to accept the first 20 kids that sign-up ages 7-17. There will be a $25 fee per session. Check our website to register (thefirstteear.org).
On April 15, we are hosting the Central Arkansas Junior Classic. This event is open to ages 5-18 and you will be grouped by gender, age, and skill set. It will be a 9-hole tournament with tee times starting at 8:30 a.m. Entry fee will be $30, trophies to the winners with lunch provided. Also, our Saturday classes have just begun. If you are interested in enrolling your child in The First Tee Program, join us for orientation on any Saturday at 10 a.m. to get more information on what The First Tee is all about!
