Cattle will be available the morning of the sale at Buffalo Livestock Marketing. Cattle will be available anytime for viewing at the ranch, located South of Newcastle, Wyoming. Videos will be available the week before the sale at www.bar-t3livestock.com.
We have identified bulls that we feel should be considered to be used on heifers in the sale catalog. These bulls have been identified with notes above the EPDs. These recommendations are made based on birth weight, pedigree, and the sire and dam of the bull. Buyers should consider their cattle and program when making purchasing decisions. We would be happy to visit with you about any bull.

Terms and Conditions:
Cattle will sell under the Standard Terms and Conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association, including payment upon purchase.
Liability:
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Triple T Land & Livestock, Inc. and Buffalo Livestock Marketing assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur.
Delivery:
Delivery of all bulls is free of charge within 250 miles. A $50 discount will apply if buyer takes bull on sale day or at the ranch within one week of sale day.
Health and Fertility:
Drs. Jay and Brandi Hudson oversee all health protocols and complete the fertility testing on all bulls. All cattle will sell with proper health papers for interstate shipment. All bulls selling are selling sound and fertile, having already passed a breeding exam. Bulls are vaccinated at birth for Types A, C & D. The bulls are vaccinated with Vision 7 and Vista Once SQ in the Spring at branding and receive two booster shots in the fall. The bulls have also been vaccinated twice for warts and foot rot. Additionally, bulls have been poured twice for lice and drenched with Valbazen. All bulls have tested negative for PI BVD.
Bulls selling are guaranteed fertile and sound for 90 days from first turnout. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided, or if the buyer prefers, credit toward another bull will be given in next year’s sale. Credit for the amount of purchase minus $2000 will be applied toward the purchase of another bull. Buyer keeps all salvage value. You must notify Triple T Land & Livestock, Inc. before the injured bull is sold for salvage or by September 1, 2024. This is not a mortality guarantee, nor does it cover neglect or mismanagement

Mortality and injury insurance is recommended on all purchases. Death after the sale will not be the responsibility of Triple T Land & Livestock, Inc.
Volume Discounts:
We offer the following volume discounts: 2% on two bulls, 3% on three bulls, 4% on four bulls, with a maximum of 5% on five or more bulls.

All bulls have DNA enhanced EPDs, generated using the HD50K test powered by Zoetis in cooperation with Leachman Cattle of Colorado. Breed Association EPDs (Expected Progeny Differences) are listed for all registered animals. Leachman ABCs (Across Breed Comparisons) are listed for all un-registered animals. All ABCs are on an Angus base and can be compared across all bulls in this catalog.

We are operating in a rapidly changing environment where consumers can track products all the way from the ranch to their plate. Post weaning traits that drive profitability are progressively becoming more important. Many people don’t believe that you can have maternal, performance, and carcass traits together, but you can!
We feel the bulls this year are the best and most uniform set that we have raised to date. Our lead off bull this year is an example of the type of cattle that we strive to breed. This embryo transfer bull is a true herd sire prospect with his $M index in the top 2% of the Angus breed, while his $C is in the top 15%.

Doc=Docility, expressed as a difference in yearling cattle temperament, with a higher value indicating more favorable docility.
SC=Expressed in centimeters, predicting the yearling scrotal circumference of a sire's progeny, compared to that of other sires.
CW=Carcass weight, expressed in pounds, is a predictor of the differences in hot carcass weight of a sire’s
MARB=Expressed as a fraction of the difference in USDA marbling score of a sire's progeny compared to progeny progeny of other sires.
REA=Expressed in square inches; is a predictor of the difference in ribeye area of a sire's progeny compared to progeny of other sires.
PAP=EPD is expressed in units of millimeters of Mercury and predicts genetic differences in the average blood pressure of future progeny, as compared to other animals in the evaluation. progeny compared to progeny of other sires.
$M=Maternal Weaned Calf Value, expressed in dollars per head, predicts profitability differences in progeny due to genetics from conception to weaning by decreasing mature cow size and improving docility, foot structure and fertility while maintaining weaning weights consistent with today’s production.
$W=Weaned Calf Value, expressed in dollars per head, provides the expected difference in future progeny pre-weaning performance from birth to weaning.
$C=Combined Value, expressed in dollars per head, which includes all traits that make up both $M & $B with the objective that commercial producers will replace 20%of their breeding females per year with replacement heifers retained within their own herd. The remaining cull heifer & steer progeny are then assumed to be sent to the feedlot where the producers retain ownership of those cattle & sell them on a quality-based merit grid.
