Seven years ago my wife and I stopped by this building on our way home when we lived out at Rocky Branch on Beaver Lake. We had struggled to find the kind of restaurant that offered quality sit-down dining without having to go all the way into Bentonville, Rogers, or Fayetteville.
When we left that little log cabin building seven years ago we joked about how "someday" we were going to return and build the cutest place that felt like home to us! Well.... it only took us a little over 2 years for us to do it, but darn it... Welcome to The Fat Chef!!!!
We are running this family place-- our own little "Mom & Pop" and we are so in love with what we have built! You will meet all of our family--Richard, Christine, and Mom "Joan"! We welcome you all to have a wonderful dining experience with high-quality food, a lot of fun in a pleasant atmosphere, and great service..... (maybe not the fastest.... but great still the same!)
