What do you get when you combine meticulous document control, cross-department collaboration, a healthy love for puzzles, and the occasional unexpected snack delivery? You get the GMP Team guardians of good manufacturing practices and champions of keeping our processes crystal clear.
The GMP team reports to Vyas Suriya (Corporate QA Compliance Manager)
From formatting and reviewing procedures to ensuring staff training happens on time, this team keeps our policies and processes living, breathing, and up to date. They work behind the scenes to make
sure every department has the right information, at the right time, in the right place. On audit days, they’re like Charlie’s Angels—ready to swoop in and save the day!
What Does the GMP Team Do?
“We ensure that all procedures and policies are reviewed and updated in a timely manner,” says Tina Yang. “Once they’re updated, we make sure staff are enrolled in Hive training to support learning and acceptance of the changes.”
Whether it’s moving documents through QMS workflows, helping a team prepare for a new process, or training staff on updated SOPs, the GMP team’s work touches every site and every department. “It keeps things consistent across all facilities,” adds Bhavani Bandi.
Meet the Team
TINA YANG keeps the GMP wheels turning with precision and a strong sense of structure. She’s a document wrangler, training facilitator, and overall process champion. Outside work, she enjoys reading, puzzles, and working out—and at home, she shares life with her parents, her brother (about to start university), and Ahri, her lively German Shepherd/Lab mix.
BHAVANI BANDI brings focus and warmth to her role, facilitating document workflows and training across sites. She’s part of a close-knit family of four—her husband and two children—and in her downtime, she enjoys cooking and embroidery.
JANE HUANG supports the team as QA Clerk, handling NDCR processing and a variety of other quality tasks. She lives with her parents and has a son working in Toronto. An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking and exploring nature.
