Melony Warner can’t help but sing the praises of Youth Without Shelter (YWS) – the Etobicoke youth shelter is, after all, where the talented 22-year-old vocalist has finally found her home for the holidays.
It was about six months ago that Warner, a Monsignor Fraser College student and aspiring social worker, landed at YWS with no where else to turn. Under YWS’s roof, she not only found the safe haven she needed, but also the second home she’d always wanted. “It’s really beautiful here.
