Ministry of Environment reviewing latest noise emissions’ submission TAMARA SHEPHARD tshephard@insidetoronto.com A Mimico concrete mixing plant’s latest noise emissions’ submission is currently being reviewed by Ministry of the Environment approvals branch engineers. ML Ready Mix Concrete officials provided further details by an April 3 deadline at the request of ministry officials. Since 2008, the company

has operated a cement batching facility at 29 Judson St. in a residential neighbourhood without the required ministry environmental compliance approval for noise and dust.
