CNPS is a management tool that used in order to assess a candidate’s overall perception and opinion about a company’s recruiting and hiring process.
It enables you to assess the candidate's interactions throughout the entire process (from the job application to the final hiring decision) and identify improvement areas.
Having a high CNPS means more applicants are likely to recommend the company, while a low CNPS means they're unsatisfied with the process.
How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend?
Candidates who rate you 9 or 10 are considered promoters, while those who rate you 6 or lower are considered detractors.
