ADDITIONAL CURRICULUM INFORMATION EXAMINATIONS Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations (CAPE), Caribbean Secondary Examinations Certificate (CSEC), Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ), Caribbean Certificate of Secondary Level Competence (CCSLC), The Royal School of Music. PHYSICAL EDUCATION Physical Education (P.E.) is compulsory for all students. No student will be excused from PE except on medical grounds. A letter from the parent/guardian and/or a Medical Certificate must be presented in order to be exempt from Physical Education. EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES Basketball, Football, Cricket, Netball, Volleyball, Cadets, Choir, Kick Boxing, Environmental Club, Foreign Language Club, Hockey, Inter-School Christian Fellowship, Red Cross, Girl Guides, Chess Club, Dominoes Club, Students Council, Table Tennis, Road Tennis and Liat Travel Club. GUIDANCE An on-going Guidance Programme has been instituted from the First Form students. The Guidance Department is also responsible for the Breakfast and Lunch Programmes, Counselling Services, Referrals & Career Guidance Work And Study Programme (WASP): Designed for a limited number of our returning fifth form students to complete their education through a work/study attachment at the school.
