Dobson Ranch Recreation Department is pleased to announce our 2nd annual Fall Festival; on Saturday, November 14 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Laguna Park located at 2455 W. Laguna Azul Ave. , Mesa, Arizona, 85202. We are inviting local companies, businesses and organizations to be part of our event. Fill out the information below to participate in this event. You will be contacted within a week of returning this form for confirmation.

General Guidelines for vendors in attendance:

A 10 x 10 space will be provided to each vendor. 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided (limited availability). Pop-up tents are allowed.  All vendors must have a representative on site at all times.  Vendors need to be setup and ready for participants at 12:00 p.m. and are expected to stay until 4 p.m. 

A copy of your City of Mesa Tax Licenses is required, if you will be selling any products. 

If applicable, the vendor fee is due in full two weeks prior to event date: October 31st.

A Maricopa County Health Permit is required, if a food product is being served to the public.
