Staff Present: Community Manager: Lynelle Glysson Homeowners and Guests Headcount: 14 I. Call to Order The President called the Board Meeting to order at 6:32 pm, after the Pledge of Allegiance. Since the Secretary was absent, the President requested the Treasurer to take the meeting minutes. Roll call was performed and quorum was established. The Board Members reported no conflicts of interest. II. Homeowner Comments None. III. President’s Report None. IV. Minutes Approval None. V. Community Manager’s (CM) Report None. VI. Election of Officers a) President: Jeff Brosman nominated Ron Ricci to serve as President and Mike Kassel seconded. Nomination passed 5 to 2 (Nays: Allen Johnson and Ben Smith). b) Vice President: Jeff Brosman nominated Mike Kassel to serve as Vice President and Gary Smith seconded. Allen Johnson nominated Ben Smith to serve as Vice President and Ben Smith seconded. Mike Kassel was voted Vice President by a 5 to 2 count. c) Secretary: Jeff Brosman nominated Louis Thiele to serve as Secretary and Mike Kassel seconded. Ben Smith nominated Allen Johnson to serve as Secretary and Allen Johnson seconded. Louis Thiele was voted Secretary by a 5 to 2 count. d) Treasurer: Mike Kassel nominated Jeff Brosman to serve as Treasurer and Joan Long seconded. Nomination passed 5 to 2 (Nays: Allen Johnson and Ben Smith). VII. Committee Assignments The following matrix identifies approved Board Member committee assignments, motions and vote counts.
