Dobson Ranch Recreation Vendor Application Form Easter Eggstravaganza - March 31, 2018 The event will take place from 10 am to 1 pm at our community park located at Laguna Park, 2455 W. Laguna Azul, Mesa, AZ 85202. Requirements:
A vendor fee of $25 is required to attend the event for a 10’ by 10’ space. Vendors will need to check in by 9 am and are expected to stay until 1 pm A copy of your City of Mesa Tax Licenses is required if you will be selling any products. Due by March 15, 2018 A Maricopa County Health permit is required if a food product is being served to the public. 1 six foot rectangle with 2 chairs are provided (limited availability). Table cloths and signage are recommended.
