To Date, I:
Took over the Ladies Department at the second highest grossing store in the district at the request of the management team in order to successfully secure a strong last quarter.
Supported the grand reopening of the SI Mall store, wherein I oversaw the execution of the Accessories Department
Partnered with the local visual manager in San Rafael, CA to execute an Accessories Dept overhaul, refreshed several departments and helped process to get them ready for inventory
Supported the expansion team in:
-Atlantic City
-Jersey Gardens
-American Dream
Took on the role of Visual in absence of visuals during 446’s reopening week. This includes leading the execution of a MAN window update in the absence of the entire visual team.
Consulted the pages, made executive decisions (the number of mannequins in the window), pulled GTLs using SWATs according to trend and product availability and partnered with my coworker Beatrice to dress, style and complete the window before store opening.
As visual supervisor at Primark, I ran the women’s department and oversaw the merchandising of all VM areas in our 55,100 sq ft space. That meant partnering with associates and management to update and upkeep:
21 walls
18 vm floor fixtures
2 trend rooms
1 window and
117 mannequins across
12 departments
I took ownership of inventory in key areas across departments, monitoring sales and reordering product accordingly, ensuring that stock levels met current sales trends to maximize sales and profit.
I created weekly sales reports, and identified and communicated opportunities and successes.
The H&M #RedMod update
Proud to say I channeled my entrepreneurial spirit and made up the above system, which corporate approved almost immediately
It’s kind of a funny story...
I merchandised the entirety of Prio 2 the day of within four hours I viewed the pages for the first time that morning and with them:
-Pulled and steamed the gtls, made appropriate swats
-Placed my TPPs
-Set the stands, shops, walls
-Dressed and styled the mannequins
