The Deluxe Group began trading as a specialist interior finishes contractor in 1969.

Our modern manufacturing base offers bespoke fabrication services across sectors including luxury residential, hospitality, themed attractions, retail, cruise ship and workspaces.

Our experienced and talented in-house design team is skilled in concept interpretation and take design right through to manufacturing drawings.

We operate from a state of the art 120,000 sq ft manufacturing facility at our Portadown HQ and a further 40,000 sq ft at our Antrim workshop staffed with multi-skilled craftsmen, and have additional warehouse facilities in the UK and the USA. The Deluxe Group has the reputation for delivering complex and challenging projects on time and on budget to major clients internationally.

We continually re-invest in industry leading technology and are committed to reducing our environmental impact through the implementation of sustainable practices.

Responsible Manufacturing

The Deluxe Group is fully ISO 14001 accredited for Environmental Management. Any timber products used within our manufacturing processes are FSC certified ensuring forests are protected and managed responsibly.

We have invested in machinery which allows us to create bespoke packaging for our goods and thus eliminate wastage. We have eliminated 99% plastic packaging and all of our carboard packaging is FSC certified.

Our procurement team actively source sustainable products with the life-cycle of specified products carefully considered.

Any timber product off-cuts from our production processes are burnt in a biomass boiler which is a heat source for our factory.

We have recently installed solar panels at our main workshop and headquarters which will provide a substantial amount of our energy requirements.

The Deluxe Group was appointed by Ardmore Group to custom design and fabricate specialist joinery to 85 luxury suites. These included sourcing and commissioning the finest decorative metalwork, natural stone and artisan glasswork to complete the finishing touches to these pieces.

Working with the heritage features, Deluxe meticulously reproduced handcrafted screens in the original classical Edwardian style as well as decorative cornicing and tailormade upholstered headboards.

In the residents’ amenity areas Deluxe installed unique wall panelling and wallcoverings while also fabricating bespoke reception desks and wall units in the wellness and relaxation areas.

Deluxe also completed a full fit-out of the Penthouse Suite on the 7th Floor which features an eclectic mix of bespoke pieces of furniture, fabrics, artwork and accessories, representing the modern London.

This elegant Edwardian building stands on the site of the former headquarters of the Metropolitan Police. With its deep and rich history as an Army Recruitment Office during both World Wars and later utilised by Ministry of Defence.

The building has been entirely refurbished and extended by two floors to create 168 bedrooms, a ground floor dedicated to food and drink and a lower ground floor for events.

Working alongside the Gaillard Group and HBA, The Deluxe Group delivered a full fit-out for all front of house areas. Works included bespoke joinery, custom wall finishes, panels and doors, themed fitted furniture, artisan glasswork and upholstered banquette seating, all of which echo the building’s unique story.

The Deluxe Group provided the front of house fit-out in this private members club. The use of reclaimed and sustainable materials was key to this project in line with the ethos of The Conduit Club as a collaborative community of people committed to creating a just, prosperous and sustainable future.

The Deluxe Group worked with Ellmers, Shiva Hotels and Tonik Associates to transform the former Kingsway Hall into a luxury hotel which offers an elegant, relaxing and inviting setting with natural hues creating a lively and warm ambience and carefully considered authentic finishing touches. Allusions to the building’s past as one of the leading recording venues in London for orchestral music are exemplified in the choice of hotel name and details in the design of the interiors.

Working closely with Ellmer Construction, Deluxe provided bespoke joinery for the exclusive London residences. The package included the fit-out of bespoke wardrobes, luxury dressing rooms, bathroom vanities and cabinetry, custom high-gloss wall panelling and decorative cornicing.

The Deluxe Group worked closely with McAleer & Rushe on this exclusive Clivedale development. Deluxe manufactured and installed the bespoke wall panelling, vanity units, mirrored cabinetry and fitted wardrobes throughout this luxury development.

Subcontracted to fabricate and install bespoke joinery, Deluxe completed the front of house areas and suites of this contemporary hotel. Novotel Leicester is a modern and stylish hotel is set in the heart of the city.

Occupying six floors of a Regency warehouse, the SUSD and March & White designed scheme boasts a 120-cover brasserie, two bars and 68 bedrooms. Under contract to ISG, The Deluxe Group provided bespoke joinery to the bars, restaurant and bedrooms of the luxury venue.

Specialist finishes undertaken by Deluxe included mirror-polished coloured stainless steel, high build polished lacquer timber joinery, bespoke stain glass and antique mirror, speciality metal and epoxy finishes as well as upholstery to a number of bespoke joinery items.

The Deluxe Group was appointed by McAleer & Rushe to deliver quality finishes and detailing in keeping with this iconic building. The Grade II listed building was extensively renovated and carefully extended into a 193 bedroom 4-star plus hotel, branded under Marriott’s Autograph Collection and includes 14 suites, a bar, restaurant and conference facilities.

The Deluxe Group worked with Knight Harwood and Orms Architecture to transform the Grade II listed building at 16 Old Bailey achieveing a BREEAM Excellent accreditation and offering a high quality, healthy, modern workspace.

This project consisted of the joinery fit-out within this office development just off the Kings Road in Chelsea for the Cadogan Estate. The Deluxe Group worked with contractor Gilbert Ash to realise the designs of Stiff & Trevillon.

The Deluxe Group worked with A&Q Partnership on the refurbishment of the London Visa offices. The design preserves visual unity and creates a high-tech look without compromising the use of natural materials and biophilia.

Nominated for an SBID International Design Award 2021, The Deluxe Group worked with Forrestfield Studio and Overbury to create a modern workplace to attract the greatest minds from around the world. The use of Biophilic design throughout help ensure good mental health and increase productivity.

As a speciaist subcontractor, the Deluxe Group completed bespoke joinery works in an office space over nine floors in what is described as Belfast’s biggest ever private-sector office letting deal. The designs for this landmark building celebrate Belfast’s industrial and linen heritage with themes also giving nods to the city’s ship building and aviation industries.

The Deluxe Group manufactured and installed bespoke joinery in this Office development within a Grade II listed building, formerly the famous New Gallery Kinema and helped create The Crown Estate’s first flexible workplace.
