Whole Foods Market at The Summit at Fritz Farm, a 60acre development located at the intersection of Man ‘O War Boulevard and Nicholasville Road in Lexington, KY during 2016. The company will join Saks Fifth Avenue, Brooks Brothers and Pottery Barn at the shopping center. The chain, offering organic and natural food items, currently operates more than 409 specialty supermarkets nationwide and in Canada and the United Kingdom and also operates under a spa concept trading as Milk + Honey Spa. TJX Cos., Inc. (508-390-1000) is planning to open a 23,000 sq.ft. T.J. Maxx apparel store at Town & Country Shopping Center, a 250,676 sq.ft. shopping center located along East Stroop Road, between Far Hills Avenue and Shroyer Road, in Kettering, OH. The company will join Trader Joe’s at the site. The company is also opening an 18,224 sq.ft. HomeGoods store at the site of a former Sears at Lake Geneva Commons located in Lake Geneva, WI.
