The company offers apparel, footwear and accessories for men, women and children and operates under the trade-names Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, Piperlime, Athleta and Intermix nationwide and internationally. Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. (724-2733400) is planning to open a Dick’s Sporting Goods store at Franklin Center, a 174,824 sq.ft. shopping center located along Lincoln Way East in Chambersburg, PA during the summer. Trader Joe’s (626-599-3700) is looking to open a supermarket in Germantown, TN during 2016. The company is searching for sites between 11,000 sq.ft. to 14,000 sq.ft. The chain, offering more than 3,000 items under its private label, currently operates more than 400 specialty grocery stores throughout 40 states nationwide and has plans to open 38 locations this year.

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar (704-237-4055), is looking to open franchised locations throughout the mid-Atlantic, southeast and Midwestern regions of the U.S. The restaurants prefer to occupy 3,500 sq.ft. to 4,000 sq.ft. The company, offering burgers, salads, sandwiches and alcoholic beverages, currently operates nine locations.

Neiman Marcus (800-685-6695) is planning to open a 90,000 sq.ft., two-story apparel store at The Shops at Clearfork, a 500,000 sq.ft. mixed-development in Ft. Worth, TX during February 2017.
