Speaking skills for Teachers – Make the most of your valuable teaching & leadership tool : Speech, Public Speaking, Elocution, Voice Projection & Accent Control

6th July 2021 & 13th July 2021 3.30pm – 4.30pm

Speech training is fun, and participation is encouraged. The aim is for clear, melodious, and confidently articulated voice that is sincerely spoken.

When we are developing a voice, we are cultivating the often hidden personality of the speaker, and letting this person out, can be quite frightening, but it is always exciting.

The CPD will be presented by Luke Aspden from the UK Speech Academy.

Over the last 35 years, Luke has been involved with training and coaching people of all ages and backgrounds, from individual school children to politicians, from radio and TV presenters to computer programmers and solicitors.

Luke has worked in partnership with clients worldwide to develop the skills needed for effective communication and can quickly demonstrate and explain the exercises and techniques that will improve elocution, accent, and confidence in speech delivery.

From wedding speeches to job interview techniques, corporate speeches and call centre staff training, his training sessions are adapted to achieve positive results in your chosen field.

Having been a director of several companies over the years, it is apparent that personal presentation through our voice is more important now than it has ever been.
