FAMILY RECIPES EGG BAKE For a seamless holiday morning, prepare the night before & refrigerate. Just take out & bake the next day . INSTRUCTIONS: INGREDIENTS: 1. Spread cheese in a layer on the bottom of 9x13 pan. 12 eggs slightly beaten 2. Dot with butter. 2 cups shredded cheese 3. Combine cream, salt, pepper and mustard in a 1/4 cup butter 1 cup cream (or whole milk) bowl and set aside. 4. Beat 12 eggs in a separate bowl and set aside. 1/2 tsp. salt 5. Poor half of cream mixture over cheese. 1/4 tsp. black pepper 6. Pour all of eggs in pan. 2 tsp. mustard 7. Add remaining cream mix over top of eggs. Desired Meat or Vegetables 8. Bake in a preheated 325ยบ oven for 40 minutes or until done. 9x13 pan NOTE: For added flavor, chop up your favorite vegepreheat oven to 325ยบ Bake for 40 minutes or done tables and/or add cooked meat before baking.
QUICK & EASY PUMPKIN PIE Use a pre-made pie crust and enjoy pumpkin pie in a pinch! nch! INGREDIENTS: (1) 15 oz. can pumpkin (1) 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 2 eggs INSTRUCTIONS: 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1. Set out pie shell until room temperature.
