Director of Operations, Ronald McDonald House of Central & Northern New Jersey Lynne is a lifelong resident of New Jersey. Although born in Dunellen she has spent her entire life in Ocean & Monmouth Counties. Lynne currently resides in Point Pleasant. She loves all the benefits living at the shore provide and never wants to be too far from a beach! Lynne has over 30 years of experience in banking and investments with her last banking position being Acting President of First Women’s Bank, NY. Lynne joined Ronald McDonald House of Central & Northern New Jersey (formerly Ronald McDonald House of Long Branch, NJ) in 2000. What started as a part time job has turned into a full time passion for Lynne. She has held several positions at RMHCNJ and is currently the Director of Operations. She believes that diversity is one of the perks of working in a non-profit environment. RMHCNJ has assisted thousands of families with seriously ill children for over 27 years at their two (2) New Jersey locations in Long Branch and New Brunswick. Lynne loves meeting and interacting with the families because it is a reminder that everyone can make a difference in someone else’s life. There is no donation too small or job too little. Eva Mehta, DO Barnabas Health Medical Group Eva Mehta, DO, a board-certified, Internal Medicine, Primary Care Physician with Barnabas Health Medical Group, always wanted to have a career in medicine. She chose this career path because her father was a successful veterinarian in the local community, exposing her to medicine at a very young age. Dr. Mehta earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pa. Serving as Chief Resident, she completed an Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, N.J. A member of the American Medical Association, she is certified in cardiac life support, basic life support and neonatal resuscitation. With privileges at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus, a Barnabas Health facility, Dr. Mehta provides many services including: Adult Medicine, Wellness Physicals, Annual Female Exams, Sick Visits, Immunizations including Flu and more. Dr. Mehta takes a personal interest in her patients and treats each patient as an individual with personalized treatment plans and treatment options. As a member of Barnabas Health Medical Group, Dr. Mehta has access to a continuum of resources through Barnabas Health, including six acute-care hospitals, two children’s hospitals, a statewide behavioral health network and center, hospice and palliative care centers, home health care, ambulatory and outpatient centers, and extensive diagnostic laboratory and imaging services. Practice Dirctor, AtlantiCare Physicians Group Lisa M. Hand is the Practice Director for AtlantiCare Physicians Group, Surgical Services. Her role consists of managing the Vascular, Thoracic, Bariatric, General and Colorectal surgical practices. She has been employed by AtlantiCare for nine years. Lisa strongly believes in leading by example and ensures that all patients in the surgical practices she manages would receive the same care she would want her family members to be given. Lisa was born in Atlantic City, NJ in 1976 and grew up in Egg Harbor Township, NJ where she graduated high school in 1994. During her time with AtlantiCare, Lisa attended college at Burlington County College and is still continuing her education. Lisa currently resides in Mays Landing, NJ with her fiancé, Ryan. Her interests and passions include working with the Wounded Warriors Project® and our military members as well as their families. Lisa’s oldest son is a member of the US Marine Corp, and her fiancé is in the US Army. She believes in keeping positivity in all areas of life at all times and one of her favorite quotes is by Mahatma Gandhi, “Be the change you want to see in the world” and she applies that to her career as well as her personal life daily. Antoinette Gingerelli Student at Rutgers University Antoinette Gingerelli, from Howell, NJ, is a rising junior at Rutgers University majoring in Political Science, Women’s and Gender Studies, and Middle Eastern Studies with a minor in International and Global Studies. She is a proud member of Douglass Residential College, a program at Rutgers dedicated to empowering women and developing leadership skills. At Douglass, Antoinette serves as President of the Douglass Friends of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) where she has found a passion for global health. She also serves as President of the Rutgers Women’s Political Caucus encouraging women to run for public office and become actors in the political sphere. Antoinette is a Harvard Public Policy and Leadership Fellow and Rutgers Lloyd C. Gardner Fellow. This past year EduCare Foundation Inc. selected Antoinette as Ms. EduCare 2015 to promote the important role education plays for young people, especially young women. Additionally, Antoinette serves as a County Committeewoman in her hometown of Howell. She also acts as the American Association of University Women (AAUW) Youth Representative to the United Nations, advocating for the rights of women and girls. Antoinette hopes to pursue a career in social policy reform and empower women to ensure they are represented in decision-making regarding public policy.
