Women Of Monmouth County Lindsay Walicky DPT, All-Care Phsyical Therapy Center Lindsay Walicky grew up at the Jersey Shore and spent most of her life in Brick, NJ. She graduated from undergraduate school at UMASS Amherst in 2007 and then went on to graduate school at UMDNJ/Rutgers, where she graduated in 2010 with a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Since starting her clinical career, Lindsay has worked with various patient populations including, most recently, orthopedic and neurological with a special expertise in working with patients with Parkinson’s disease. The experience she gained from a rehabilitation hospital prior to All-Care helped improve her therapy skills. Lindsay piloted the LSVT BIG program at All-Care, an innovative treatment for Parkinson’s disease that is now practiced at each facility. Lindsay strives to provide optimal patient care, beginning with a thorough initial evaluation, and develops an individualized treatment program for each patient. During each session, Lindsay assists patients as they work towards their specific goals and achieve their optimal level of function. She enjoys incorporating patient activities that are specific, enjoyable, and of appropriate difficulty level to assist with improvements. Lindsay is always eager to learn new treatment interventions using research-based evidence in the field. In addition to her clinical work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family doing outdoor activities like taking her daughter to the park, boating in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. Holly Lynn Dingus Paonessa Colon and Rectal Surgery, PC Holly was born in Jersey City, New Jersey. At the age of six she moved to Forked River, where she found her love of nature and fort building. She attended Ocean County College and Rider University. Holly’s innate passion to help others has led her to a path in the medical field. She was fortunate to find the wonderful opportunity to work in the private practice of Dr. Nina Paonessa. Holly is dedicated to producing positive patient outcomes with a bright and supportive attitude. She is skilled in optimizing clinical workflows by triaging patients and scheduling appointments, radiology studies, and laboratory requests with patients and caregivers to facilitate the best patient care. Holly is a conscientious and dedicated team player with the patient’s care her top priority. Holly would like to mention four beautiful people in her life who make her belly laugh, who love her unconditionally and who help her find her persistently lost phone: Jakob, Ava, Gabriella, and Christopher. Colleen L. Clark, Esquire The Matus Law Group Colleen L. Clark, Esquire is an attorney at The Matus Law Group, LLC where she specializes in helping clients with special education and estate planning, including special needs planning, guardianships and special needs trusts. She received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000 and her B.S. from Lehigh University in 1996. Colleen is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association. She lives in Stafford Township with her two boys, Aidan and Dane. Colleen grew up in Lacey Township and spent many years working at Mrs. Walker’s Ice Cream Parlor when she was young. She is an active member of her community. She coached soccer for Stafford Soccer Club and is a leader in the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 23. She is an avid marathon runner, most recently completing the Boston Marathon in 2018. Pamela Jansky, RN-BC, CDE, NBC-HW Hackensack Meridian Integrative Health & Medicine Pam Jansky is a Registered Nurse and Health Coach with Hackensack Meridian Integrative Health & Medicine. She believes in taking a holistic approach, addressing mind, body and spirit in her coaching practice. With many years in women’s health, and as a breast cancer survivor, she has a passion for partnering with women in supporting them to achieve their highest potential of health and well-being. A lifelong learner, her passion for helping others and her own history with breast cancer led her to The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2010 and she obtained her National Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching in 2018. Her experience in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting also led her to pursue her National Certification as a Diabetes Educator. Pam’s holistic approach to health and wellness is built on the foundation of the Integrative Health & Medicine’s Five Pillars of Health and Well-Being: Sleep, Activity, Purpose, Nutrition and Resilience.
