We have access to Bay 25 Carriageworks on Friday 25th November Each vendor will receive their individual move in time once allocated their space
WHAT WILL MY STALL LOOK LI KE? We pride ourselves on The Conscious Space being a calm and aesthetically pleasing event to attend If you have arranged to have your stall built by us ( good choice!) you will arrive onsite to find your stall consisting of a white back wall with two small supporting side walls. If you are not utilising a back wall built by us, please note you have a blank space to use as you see best. We do not allow any structures to be built by vendors.

There is no ticket price to attend The Conscious Space. It is a free event for all attendees. Some workshops / classes may have a fee. This is at the discretion of the host / teacher.
WHEN CAN WE MOVE IN ?

Yes, we have an electrical team that run power to those stalls that request it. This is at a cost of $110per stall.
All vendors at The Conscious Space are required to have minimum 10million public liability insurance. We are able to include vendors under our policy if you do not have this in place Please just let us know and we can arrange for you CAN WE SHARE A STALL OR PROMOTE OTHER BUSINESSES AT THE FAIR? Only those businesses that have applied and been accepted for a stall may be present at The Conscious Space. Please see our terms and conditions for more detail.

We are happy to provide a shared coolroom for those that may need to store perishable product. Please remember to bring your trolley to transport your goods to your stall. There is also an area on the floor plan reserved for storage of product you may not want to have at your stall.
