Fitness coach believes healthy lifestyle starts young By Lucy Weber As a child, Angela Ezell realized the importance of nutrition in her young life. "Nutrition has been my thing since I can remember. I remember at age 7 or 8, I would write down everything I ate because I was trying to gain weight," said the mother of two girls, 4year-old Taylor and 11year-old Kristen, a competitive gymnast. That interest in nutrition and health remains an important focus of her life. Now living in Fort Lauderdale, the Amory native works in insurance but her passion is health and fitness. Ezell is working hard to build her business, Crystal Clear Health & Wellness. She helps others get fit by focusing on clean eating and exercise. One of the best exercises, she says, is Piyo, which is a fusion of Pilates and yoga. "It strengthens. It stretches. It conditions. It burns calories," Ezell said. "Everybody can do Piyo, from small kids to older individuals," she said. "It is a low impact workout." To help others, Ezell is launching Piyo classes that anyone, anywhere can follow with an Internet connection. "My online virtual workout, you can do from the comfort of home," she said. Students can exercise with her live or go back to the recordings later to watch.
