• Attend quarterly meetings to evaluate donation requests

• Allocate donations in accordance with the Peak Gold Mines Donations Policy

• Review and improve the donations process

Expression of Interest Cultural Heritage Management

OzArk Environment & Heritage has been engaged by APA (the proponent) to complete an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Report (ACHAR) for a proposed modification (Modification 4) to theMoombatoWiltonGasPipeline.

The proposed modification will involve construction of temporary camps at five locations across NSW. Of these camps, Camp 3 require impacts to Aboriginal cultural heritage. Camp 3 will be located within Lot 3 DP1092567, near Tilpa in the CentralDarlingLocalGovernmentArea.

This consultation will assist in preparing theACHAR as required by the Secretary of the Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) in their consideration and determination of the proposed modification.

If you hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the cultural significance of Aboriginal objects or places in the proposed study area, please register your interest. We will continue to consult with thisgroup.
