CSA Mine is looking for experienced operators to join our team operating the Paste Plant. These positions offer new opportunities and increased exposure across operating in the ore processing department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic mining operation that recognises achievement and offers genuine career opportunities. This role may suit a tradesperson, trade assistant or operator with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a dedication to working safely with continuous improvement.

About the role:

• Operate sections of the processing plant including paste backfill whilst continuously improving working practices

• Monitor, maintain and check equipment and materials

• Achievement of daily production targets

• General housekeeping and operational process activities

The successful applicant will have:

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (minimum P2 or equivalent)

• Previous ore processing or paste plant/backfill experience will be highly regarded but not essential

• Loader, forklift, working at heights, and confined space are also desirable but not essential

• Demonstrated dedication to safe work practices

Conditions

This is a 7/7 residential roster provided with remote living benefits, including 12 weeks of transit accommodation to assist the successful applicant to source their own accommodation locally, as well as Pool & Gym Reimbursements.
