The Hotel
The Carlin Hotel has been designed for discerning travellers attracted to a one-of-a-kind, boutique Hotel experience. Offering a range of spacious interconnecting suites in 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom configurations with up to 288 square metres of indoor and outdoor living space per suite, The Carlin was designed to cater for couples, families, and groups.
All beautifully realised in delicate palettes with meticulous attention to detail and carefully curated materials, each lakeview suite offers an outdoor terrace with a private spa pool, dining table, gas fireplace and exceptional lake and mountain views. Enjoy world class amenities and personalised service provided by an experienced team of Hotel Ambassadors, Concierge, Butlers, Massage Therapists and Private Chefs.
The Carlin is home of Queenstown’s largest and most sought-after Penthouse which interconnects to provide 1 to 7 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms, 4 lounge rooms and 4 outdoor spas. The private entrance to the penthouse makes it ideal for VIP guests that require privacy on arrivals and departures.
Only a 5 minute walk to town, we are conveniently located on Queenstown Hill with spectacular views just below us of Queenstown Bay, Lake Wakatipu and the Town Centre.

The Grand Room
Open for Breakfast and Dinner, our Michelin-star experienced chefs have carefully designed an a la carte menu consisting of an impressive array of unique seafood dishes and succulent New Zealand lamb and beef.
Our Restaurant has been designed as a Showroom for up to 150 people. We have installed a professional audio and visual system to enhance our live entertainment and function experiences. We provide live music trios and quartets and of course, music at the grand piano.
