Isang mapagpalaya at maaliwalas na Agosto para sa ating lahat! Ang Buwan ng Wika ay hindi lamang isang pagdiriwang ng ating wikang pambansa, kundi pati na ang nilalarawan nitong kultura at pamana na sadyang sariling atin. Sa pagdaan ng Agosto, nasaksihan natin kung gaano naging aktibo ang ating unibersidad sa pagdaos ng Buwan ng Wika. Iba’t ibang aktibidad ang ginanap sa atin na naglayong linangin, pahalagahan, at pagtibayin ang ating pagmamahal sa wikang Filipino at sa ating lahi. Kasabay nito, mas pinagyabong din natin ang ating koneksyon sa mga unibersidad mula sa mga karatig bansa. Isa na rito ang Musashino Art University mula sa Japan na nagtayo ng Bamboo Dome sa ating commencement grounds. Marami na tayong naabot ngayong buwan kabilang na dito ang pagtatag ng mga bagong ugnayang panlabas at ang pangunguna ng ating mga nagsipagtapos sa ginanap na Mining Engineering Board Exam. Dulot nito, mas lalo pa nating pag-iibayuhin at pananatilihin ang kahusayang ating ipinamamalas nang sa gayon ay makamit natin ang ating bisyon na maging isang worldclass university.
3 BU grads top Mining Engineering national exam
Bicol University has once again proven that it is a powerhouse institution when it comes to national tests after notching three places in the August 2016 Mining Engineering Board Exam. Japanese university conducts workshop in BU
