For the Cajun seasoning (will make enough for future meals) • • • • • •

1 tbsp fine sea salt 1 tsp caster sugar 2 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp dried oregano 1 tsp turmeric

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and arrange the chips in a single layer on a baking tray (you may need to use 2) - pop them in the oven for 40 minutes turning half way through 2. Heat some oil in a large, lidded pan. Cook the onion, pepper, carrot and courgette for 5 minutes 3. Add a splash of water and give everything a stir. Turn down the heat and cook for a further 10 minutes with the lid on

Add 1tbsp of the Cajun seasoning and cook out for a minute until fragrant. Add the tomatoes, beans and marmite Simmer for 20 minutes
