Boutique APPLECROSS APARTMENTS Perfectly positioned atop an elevated block on leafy Kintail Road in Applecross, Habitat is a bespoke collection of 14 boutique residences. As well as stunning views, the location also boasts proximity to the Swan River, cafes, several specialty food and retail stores and the Raffles Hotel all within walking distance. Habitat is a four-storey building with an underground basement and roof deck with both city and river views. The complex comprises 14 apartments ranging from 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom to 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouses. The style and finishes of the complex complement the surrounding suburb’s ambience and tree-lined streets and it is something of an innovative design for Applecross. And while Habitat blends into its surrounds, it also has its own unique traits. Developers for the project, Baltinas, also provided the interior design through their interior design arm.
