Built by Spadaccini Homes, this impressive residence must surely represent the pinnacle of new luxury home design and construction in Western Australia. With a footprint of some 750 square metres, and over three levels (basement, ground and first floors) this vast home is over 2,000 square metres in size! The difference in levels from the undercroft floor to the upper level ceiling is circa nine metres. In terms of a commercial equivalent, it has a similar size (and appearance) to a small office development.
